Uttarakhand heavy rain alert :\u00a0 Dehradun, August 3, 2025 : \u00a0The weather in Uttarakhand shows no signs of letting up. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in the Kumaon region on Monday. A warning for heavy to very heavy rain<\/b> has been issued, particularly for the districts of Nainital, Champawat, and Bageshwar<\/b>. A yellow alert<\/b> has been issued for other parts of the state.<\/p>\n
An orange alert<\/b> has been issued for Tuesday for Dehradun, Pauri, and the Kumaon districts of Nainital, Champawat, and Bageshwar, with heavy to very heavy rainfall expected.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, rain continued throughout the state all day today. According to data from the Automatic Weather Station (AWS) and Automatic Rain Gauge (ARG) released by the Meteorological Department, the highest rainfall was recorded in Haldwani at 146.5 mm<\/b>.
